BriefDeck is built for working sales professionals. Removing the free tier lets us put all our engineering into making briefs sharper, not maintaining a free-tier experience. You get 14 days to evaluate against real meetings, free, no card required.

What's the difference between Pro Solo and Pro Team?

Pro Solo ($179/mo, single seat) gives you a brief on every meeting, all enrichment sources, CRM connectors, follow-up drafts, and shareable links. Pro Team ($199/seat/mo, 3-seat minimum) adds team workspace, peer collaboration on co-attended meetings, manager rollup with at-risk deal flagging, audit log, and admin controls. Designed for sales pods and teams that prep meetings together.

Can I downgrade from Team to Solo?

Yes. You'll keep your individual briefs and history. Team workspace, shared annotations, and the manager rollup are no longer accessible. Other team members on the account need their own Solo subscriptions to continue.

What happens to my data if I don't add a card before my trial ends?

Your account locks but your data is preserved for 30 days. Add a card any time during that window to resume seamlessly. After 30 days, data is soft-deleted with another 30-day recovery window. After 60 days total, it's permanently removed.

What if I'm on a free plan today?

Existing free-tier users have 30 days to upgrade. We're offering 30% off your first 3 months of Pro Solo as a thank-you. Migration emails are going out now.
